Alexander Razin

Alexander Razin is a patent expert with 35 years of experience in intellectual property field.

He holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
He worked as a patent expert for Federal Institute of Patent Expertise for more than 15 years.

He was the director of IP bureau Practice since its inception in 1998. Currently he specializes in:

  • registration of Russian and international trademarks and other objects of intellectual property;
  • registration of copyright;
  • preparation and registration of contracts on disposition of the exclusive rights on intellectual property.

Olga Razina

Olga Razina is a patent attorney of Russian Federation #170. She has more than 35 years of experience in intellectual property field.

She graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a Diploma in mechanical engineering. She worked for several years as an expert in Federal Institute of Patent Expertise and as the head of licensing department in state enterprise “Technostroy”.

She became a registered patent attorney in 1994 and was a founder of IP Bureau Practice (one the first IP law firms in Russia) in1998.

Currently, Olga Razina specializes in:

  • court representation;
  • representation in Rospatent, including Chamber for Patent Disputes;
  • mediation;
  • expert opinions and registration of Russian and international trademarks, copyright objects, industrial designs, domain names;
  • licensing and other types of contracts with respect to IP objects;
  • procedures for recognizing trademarks as well-known.

Olga Byshova

OlgaByshovais a patent attorney of Russian Federation #1287.

She has Diplomas in Lawand Sociology. She started her career in general law practice. 
Currently she has more than 10 years of experience in IP field.

She specializes in:

  • international IP law;
  • dealing with trademark registration;
  • registrationof IP objects in customs registry;
  • specializes in court representation;
  • representation in Rospatent, including Chamber for Patent Disputes.
